GTI8 ON TOUR
DescriptionWe chose a variety of influencers based on their love for the VW brand but also their creativity. We wanted the influencers to use the launch assets that had been created in their own unique tone. We had six campaign personalities pushing the different events on the tour. Our influencers were contracted to post six times throughout the campaign starting on launch day, with the last post being the post-event video from Johannesburg. The Johannesburg based influencers participated in an onboarding session where the goal was bespoke content creation that they drip fed to their platforms. Courtnaé Paul and Yuzriq Meyer performed at the Johannesburg and Cape Town events. Each influencer was also given a GTI hamper and got to drive the vehicle for a short period of time
